Recognize these two?

Every kid has two villains at homework time

It's not about being smart. It's laziness and boredom. So we gave them faces, and now your kid can beat them.

Preguição

“Ugh, I'll do it tomorrow… five more minutes…”

Shows up every time a kid wants to put things off. The more they give in, the bigger he gets.

Chatonildo

Chatonildo

“Ugh, sooo boring… what's even the point?”

The Boredom monster. He drains the color out of everything and convinces kids that learning is boring.

In Monster Nerd, every right answer is a direct hit. Studying turns into an epic quest to take down the villains.

It's that easy

How it works

In 3 steps, your kid goes from “I don't wanna” to “just one more!”

1

Pick your monster

Kids pick the species and color, then give it a name. That's their new study buddy.

Nerd
Why Monster Nerd exists

It all started on a homework night, with a question from a dad: what if, instead of nagging, I could make my daughter actually want to study?

Out came an imperfect, totally lovable little monster that every kid can see themselves in. When they study, it levels up, earns prizes and beats villains. And they find out they've got this.

It worked so well at home that we opened it up to other families. Every detail was kid-tested before it reached you.

Frequently asked questions

What age is Monster Nerd for?

For kids in grades 1–9, roughly ages 6 to 14. The content comes from your child's own lessons, so it keeps pace with what they're learning at school.

Do I need to download anything?

No. It runs right in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. If you like, you can add it to your home screen and use it like an app.

Which subjects does it work with?

Any subject in their notebook or textbook: Math, Language Arts, Science, History, Geography, English and more.

Is it safe for my child?

Yes. No ads, no chat, the account belongs to the parent, and we keep only the bare minimum about your kid (nickname and progress). See our privacy policy.

Does Monster Nerd use artificial intelligence?

Yes, only to turn notebook photos into summaries, cards and questions. Your child is told that the material was made by AI and may contain mistakes, and there's no open-ended chat with the AI. See how we handle it.

Can I limit screen time?

Yes. In the PIN-protected Parent Area, you can set a daily limit or pause the app until the next day.

What happens to the photos of their notes?

They're used only to create the study material for that content and aren't stored: we keep only the summary and the questions. Ask your child to photograph just the notebook or textbook.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime and with no fees. The free plan is always available.

Does it replace school or teachers?

No. Monster Nerd is a sidekick for study time at home: it helps your kid review, lock in what they learned and walk into the test feeling confident.
