1. What Monster Nerd is

A study support app for children in grades 1–9, in which the child takes care of a virtual little monster that evolves as they study. Monster Nerd complements, and does not replace, school and teachers.

2. Account and responsibility

The account must be created by an adult responsible for the child, who agrees to provide a valid email address, keep the password safe and supervise the child's use of the app.

3. Appropriate use

• Submit only photos and text of school content.
• Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or interfere with the operation of the app.

4. Content generated by artificial intelligence

Summaries, cards and questions are created automatically from the submitted material. We do our best to make sure they are correct, but they may contain errors. When in doubt, the school material and the teacher's guidance always prevail.

5. Plans and payments

The free plan has usage limits. Paid plans, when available, will have their price and terms disclosed before purchase and may be canceled at any time, without a fee, remaining valid until the end of the period already paid.

6. Intellectual property

The Monster Nerd brand, its characters (such as Preguição, Chatonildo and the little monsters), illustrations, texts and software belong to Monster Nerd. Material submitted by the user remains the user's property.

7. Availability

We work to keep the app available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or third-party outages.

8. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
